DEMOLITIONS TO GO ON
The controversial demolitions of informal settlements around Nairobi will  go on despite critic reactions from all over the country.Yesterday Justice Mohamed Warsame called th goverment a monster and could not understand why such issues had not been raised on time.

He said the last time he read the Kenya Gazette, in which legal notices dealing with issues of land are published was three months ago.

The Lands Office did alert the KAA that those documents were fake, and from that point, it was expected that the KAA should have secured land. Indeed, having been armed with the necessary title they ought to have taken the necessary action.

However most people have linked these action to 2012 political scene to influence cetain voting patterns by mass migrations.
 FIDEL ODINGA SET TO DIVORCE HIS KIKUYU WIFE

Fidel Castro Odinga has filed a case at the Nairobi Magistrate’s Court to end his four- year-old marriage to Ms Veronica Wanjiru Ng’ang’a.

Ms Ng’ang’a has not responded to the case as required, prompting Fidel to ask the court to enter judgment and grant him the orders sought in her absence.

Mr Odinga, who describes himself as a businessman in the court documents, filed the case on August 4 and wants it fast-tracked.

Irreconcilable differences

The Prime Minister’s first born child married Ms Ng’ang’a under Customary Law on March 17, 2007.

Since then, the two have been living as husband and wife in Karen, Nairobi.

In the papers, he says that the marriage has broken down irretrievably.
